Which
Wedding Package Should I Book?
Not sure which wedding package to choose or how many hours of photography coverage you need for your wedding day?

I'm here to help!
Where do I start?
Securing your wedding photographer is one of the most important vendors you will hire and should be booked very soon after you book your venue or wedding location. When you don't know where to start with choosing wedding photography coverage, the first thing you should do is consider the following things:
-
How many hours is your venue booked for?
-
What is your budget for photography?
-
What events do you want to include in your timeline?
If you only have access to your venue for 10 hours, you may not want to book a full 10 hours of photography coverage. Consider what events you would like to happen on your wedding day and which are most important.
Our elopement packages start at $250 and wedding day coverage packages start at $800 and go up to $2,000. Consider what amount of coverage is right for you and determine your budget for photography. Visit our wedding packages page for more information.
Every couple is different and has different priorities for how they want to do things on their wedding day. Some couples want to do first looks, getting ready photos, detail photos, etc. and some do not. Consider how you want to do things on your wedding day and decide what is most important to you. If you want to add more events into your timeline, then you may need to book more photography coverage.
How do I know how much coverage I need?
It can be daunting to have to choose which package is right for your wedding day when you've never planned a wedding before! I completely understand, I've been in your shoes before! If you are not sure about how much coverage you need for what you want to capture on your wedding day, take a look at the following items:
-
How long do bridal party portraits take?
-
How long do family portraits take?
-
How long do bride & groom portraits take?
Bride with Bridesmaids separately from Groom with Groomsmen portraits on average take around 15-20 minutes each while full bridal party portraits as a large group usually take around 10-15 minutes. Depending on how small or large your bridal party is, you will want to budget around 45 minutes for bridal party portraits.
This depends on how large the bride & groom's family are and how many of those family members you want to include in your portraits. If you have multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, step-parents/siblings, nieces, nephews, etc. then you will want to budget more time. On average, family portraits usually take around 30 minutes but can be as quick as 15 minutes or take as long as 45 minutes.
Couple's portraits can take as long as you would like them to. Some couples like to take longer with their portraits to get all of the photos and other couples like to get the photos over as soon as possible. On average, I would recommend budgeting at least 15-30 mins for your bridal portraits and at most 45 minutes. If possible, plan on taking some couples portraits after family and bridal party portraits and then sneak away for 15 minutes during the reception to take a few more at sunset.
